It is a must have for most developers developing for the desktop so that they can quickly arrive at a diagnosis for a crashing beta version. Even for normal end users this application is a useful tool as it lets them talk intelligently to support staff. Using the 'Error Analyzer' one can quickly browse through all the errors encountered on the system and drill down to the relevant ones affecting an application.
